Hershey's Holiday Shopper Marketing Challenge
In this experiential project, our team was tasked with developing a new shopper marketing campaign for Hershey’s seasonal holiday assortment. The goal was to drive in-store engagement, boost conversion, and expand the brand’s omnichannel presence during the competitive holiday retail window. Our strategy combined creative displays, emotional storytelling, and shopper behavior insights to connect with consumers across both physical and digital touchpoints. We presented our campaign to shopper marketers at Walmart, as well as representatives from key vendor partners including Hershey’s, Hallmark, Bush’s Baked Beans, and more.
