While an intern at Denny’s, I assisted the digital and off-premise team in boosting online sales through data analytics, market research, and A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness. I played a key role in launching Banda Burrito, a new virtual restaurant, across platforms like Olo, DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub. Additionally, I redesigned and optimized the Denny’s.com website, creating a landing page for an upcoming value/BeetleJuice menu using SEO terms to improve user experience and engagement. I also pioneered a late-night online menu aimed at increasing sales during this key time slot. Beyond digital initiatives, I successfully planned and executed a company event, managing logistics, coordinating budgets, and collaborating with vendors to ensure a seamless and engaging experience from concept to completion.
