
Cinemark
During my internship at Cinemark, I collaborated on a strategic initiative called “Beyond the Screen” focused on expanding the moviegoing experience through enhanced digital engagement. The goal was to develop creative concepts that increase loyalty program participation, drive repeat visits, and strengthen the connection between guests and the Cinemark brand. I helped develop three core ideas and created the corresponding app mock ups: a Pre-Show Trailer Rating Experience that rewards guests for interacting with trailers in-theater, a Post-Show Movie Review Experience that encourages feedback and deeper engagement, and a Cinemark Year-In-Review (“Wrapped”) feature highlighting each guest’s movie habits and rewards activity. Together, these concepts extend the Cinemark experience before and after the show, turning the movie theater visit into a connected, personalized journey.
